Where we have to do this we will work to ensure as soon as we reasonably can that the copy of the data that has been used to reinstate data on our active systems is updated to take account of any previous amendments and deletions regarding your personal data.

We also routinely seek to minimize the amount of personal data we hold where any marketing contact is deemed inactive.
